Decoration Color Trend 2014 (Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen…)

Colours are necessary as a result of it is a component of visual conversation and it affects us all at a normal human stage. It impacts us day-to-day with reference to making choices about which ice-cream must i’ve, or what to wear as of late; color makes a huge impact on our mood and might evoke an emotion or feeling. Surrounding your self with the colours you love could make you fell extra happy, cozy and calm.

Closing year I wrote a put up about residence Decoration Color Trend 2013 the place I talked about three major color tendencies. They have changed a little so listed here are some updates for 2014.

Bright and Bold (Candy Store):

This colour trend is really strong and I think that it will stay as one of the most popular colour trends for a few years more. It is all about bright, strong, neon colour shades, like for example lime green, bright yellow or pink.  They are really strong colours so they tend to draw attention so be careful and try to soften them with a bit of white colour. These colours bring a boost of energy, fun and refreshing felling to your place and also a smile on your face. If you are a bit scared about its brightness try with colour zoning. This colour trend is very big also in fashion which can be seen in many spring/summer 2014 fashion shows.

Scandinavia (It’s all About Nature):

Light, refreshing colours, clean-lined furnishings and a notable absence of clutter characterize the Scandinavian look. This colour trend is all about the light and bringing nature in to your home. Basic colour is white in combination whit colours such as clay, water and earth toned which can create a warm, nature-friendly atmosphere. You cannot go wrong with these colours especially because they are always in trend.

White Sophistication:

If you want to create romantic and quiet space to relax, then this trend might be just for you. You can use it for decorating eclectic and romantic or more modern and minimalistic rooms. Main color is always white but you can add small accents of pale pink, gold or black (for more dramatic effect) or add textiles with elegant floral motives, but of course you can also add other patterns and motives.
